Complaints & Investigations
Individuals have the right to submit complaints concerning unlawful, unfair, or abusive processing of their personal data under Article 26 of the Data Protection Act No. 005 (2023).
Complaints may relate to:
- Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of personal data
- Denial of access, correction, or erasure rights
- Excessive or unlawful data processing
- Harm or harassment arising from misuse of personal information
The Authority investigates all admissible complaints in accordance with statutory procedures and communicates findings within legally required timeframes.
